My favorite property in New York City. Unique, clean place and new area. Very nice stay, and 5 minutes' stroll from the subway. Private parking nearby provided. Everything perfect.

I had well priced room with a balcony. The location was great and I could use private parking nearby. The service provided there was great. Supper friendly personnel, where eager to help.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was weak.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would stay here again. The whole room was fairly quiet and silentwith a balcony, a very comfy bed plus the bathroom. The staff were incredible and exceptional. The breakfast was great, the check in was friendly. Moreover, I parked nearby. The location was great because it was very close to restaurants coffee shops.

Good area, very central location very close to the subway, many food/morning coffee options, and shopping as well as so much NYC action Union Square, Gramercy, The Strand bookstore, and Eataly. Great breakfast, with lots of food. Its excellent service.

The room is fashionable and compact with a terrace. They have a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a mini bar fridge. The location it offers is magnificent, so close to the metro and 9/11 Memorial and 4th Avenue.

The location was very central, amazing to midtown. Further, it was right by public transportation, great location, the best entertainment and restaurants in NYC, and the East Village. The room was well-designed and functional, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Courtyard view was great!

It's stylish trendy boutique hotel with super friendly staff. The location is very central. You could walk to a market and a bakery. This property is 600 ft from 14 Street - Union Square metro station.
